Online Store
This online store sells products to private individuals of legal age. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart via an online payment service. All customer information is processed confidentially. The contact details requested during the order process will only be used for the delivery of the order or for clarifying any issues related to the order, unless otherwise stated. By ordering from the online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery in force at the time.
Payment and Payment Methods
The payment service is provided by Checkout.
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We hold a payment institution license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Klarna and Shopify Payments.
Bank Payments
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. Payments can be made via Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Bank, and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will transmit your payment to the merchant. From the online store, you will be redirected directly to your bank to make the payment securely.
Credit Card Payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express cards. The online store uses international authentication services: Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey. Checkout will appear as the payee on your credit card bill and transmits the card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are processed securely using a protected payment form, and the card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Mobile Payment Methods
Mobile payment options such as Pivo, MobilePay, and Siirto are app-based services that allow you to pay for online purchases either via a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by approving the payment in the relevant app. With Pivo, you can also make Siirto payments, allowing you to authorize the payment in any app that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service available on Apple devices, allowing purchases to be paid from a card linked to the device.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email containing your order details. Always check the contents of the confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service right away. Please save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always verify that the contents of the package match the order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. The shopping cart will display an estimate of the delivery costs based on the primary available delivery method. Exact delivery costs are shown after selecting your preferred payment and delivery methods at checkout. The available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose from the available delivery options, each showing the exact shipping cost.
Delivery Time
Typical delivery times vary depending on the order and chosen delivery method. Exceptions to the estimated delivery times are indicated if any item in the cart is out of stock, and we will notify you immediately after ordering of any potential delays. Our products are delivered from our own warehouse, with an average delivery time of 2–3 days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from delays. The online store will inform you on the website of any exceptional delivery times.
Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the receipt of the last item in your order, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement (for example, via email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
How to Return Your Order
At Nudebloom, we aim to make your return process as easy and smooth as possible. In accordance with EU regulations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, excluding hygiene and custom-made products. You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.
If the product was damaged during delivery
If the product you ordered was damaged in transit, please contact our customer service via email at contact@getnudebloom.com and file a claim. Include your order number, the reason for the claim, and photos of the damaged item.
Other return and exchange cases
If you want to exchange a product for a different one, are unsatisfied with the item, or need a replacement part, please contact our customer service by email. You will receive specific return instructions from customer service, as return procedures vary depending on the product’s delivery location.
Important Notes on Returns
14 days from receiving the product.
Returned items must be undamaged, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
We will refund the purchase using the same payment method used for the original order within 14 days of receiving the return.
Please return the product in its original packaging with all accessories and instructions included.
Failing to pick up a package is not the same as canceling the order. You must first claim the product and then return it following the return instructions.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer service. If the order has already been dispatched, you still have the 14-day right of return.
Some products, such as hygiene items and custom-made products, have limited or no return rights.
Return shipping costs are based on the product’s weight and size. You will receive exact cost details from customer service. In clear-cut cases of product defects, returns are free of charge.

Unclaimed Package
Failure to collect a package is not the same as returning or canceling an order. For unclaimed packages that are not accompanied by a separate cancellation notice, we charge for the shipping costs.
Problem Situations
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or does not match your order, you must report the issue within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy section. If a package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the delivery company you selected.
